AvioraPay

About AvioraPay

Payment infrastructure built by people who have run payments

We are a UK-based payments company helping online businesses collect, pay out and settle across markets without assembling a stack of separate providers.

Our approach

One provider for the whole money cycle

Most merchants end up with a gateway for collections, a separate tool for payouts and a spreadsheet holding the two together. AvioraPay replaces that arrangement with a single account, a single API and a single settlement view.

That matters most when you grow. Adding a market, a currency or a new payout schedule should not mean another integration project, another compliance review and another reconciliation format for your finance team to learn.

What we stand for

Four principles we hold ourselves to

Reliability before novelty

A payment platform earns trust by being unremarkable on the days it matters. We invest in redundancy, monitoring and clean failure behaviour ahead of new surface area.

Pricing without asterisks

You should be able to model your costs from a single page. We quote a blended rate per method and tell you the settlement cycle before you sign anything.

People answer the phone

Merchants get a named contact alongside 24/7 technical cover. Escalation is a conversation, not a form.

Local where it counts

Customers pay with what they know. We keep adding local methods so entering a market is a configuration change rather than a project.

Our story

How AvioraPay came about

  1. Where we started

AvioraPay grew out of years spent building checkout and reconciliation systems in-house, and being frustrated by how much of it had to be rebuilt for every new market.

  2. What we built

One platform covering the full cycle: collect from customers, hold in multiple currencies, pay out to vendors and settle back to your bank on a schedule you can plan around.

  3. Who we serve

Online retailers, marketplaces, subscription businesses, travel operators and platforms that need both inbound collections and outbound payouts under one contract.

  4. Where we are going

Deeper local coverage, richer risk controls and reporting that finance teams can use without exporting anything.

Trust & compliance

The commitments behind every merchant account

Handling other people's money comes with obligations. These are the ones we treat as non-negotiable.

  • Funds handled through regulated banking partners
  • PCI DSS compliant infrastructure with tokenised card data
  • KYC and AML checks applied consistently at onboarding
  • Clear, written terms — including how and when we settle
