These terms govern your use of this website and any information you obtain from it. Use of the AvioraPay payment platform itself is governed by the separate merchant agreement signed at onboarding, which takes precedence where the two differ.
2. Use of this website
You may browse and print pages from this site for your own business evaluation. You may not copy the site or its content for commercial redistribution, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it in any way that breaches applicable law.
3. Information on this site
Product descriptions, settlement timings, supported payment methods and indicative pricing are provided for general guidance. They do not form an offer or a contractual commitment. Final terms, rates and settlement cycles are set out in your merchant agreement.
4. Eligibility and onboarding
Merchant accounts are subject to approval. We carry out identity, business and anti-money-laundering checks before an account is activated, and may decline or later suspend an account where those checks cannot be satisfied or where activity falls outside agreed use.
5. Fees and settlement
Fees, settlement cycles and any reserve arrangements are those stated in your merchant agreement. Refunds, chargebacks and related costs are netted against settlement in the manner described there.
6. Intellectual property
The AvioraPay name, logo, site design and content are owned by AvioraPay or its licensors. Nothing on this site grants any licence to use them without prior written permission.
7. Third-party links
Where this site links to third-party services, those links are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of any third-party site.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on website content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one in force, and continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of it.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
