AvioraPay provides payment collection, payout and settlement services to businesses. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through this website and during merchant onboarding.
2. What we collect
Through the website we collect the details you submit in an enquiry — name, company, email address, telephone number, service interest and anything you write in the message field. During onboarding we additionally collect identity and business verification information required by law.
3. Why we use it
We use enquiry data to respond to you, prepare pricing and progress an application. We use onboarding data to meet identity, anti-money-laundering and sanctions obligations, and to operate the payment services under your merchant agreement.
4. Legal basis
We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, on performance of a contract once you become a merchant, and on compliance with legal obligations for verification and record-keeping.
5. Sharing
Personal data may be shared with banking and acquiring partners, verification and fraud-prevention providers, and professional advisers, in each case only as needed to deliver the service or meet a legal requirement. We do not sell personal data.
6. Retention
Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any follow-up. Records relating to merchant accounts and transactions are retained for the periods required by financial and tax legislation.
7. Security
Data is held on infrastructure with access controls, encryption in transit and at rest, and segregated environments. Card data is tokenised and handled within a PCI DSS compliant environment.
8. Your rights
You may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, erasure where no legal obligation requires us to keep it, restriction of processing, or portability. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests.
